remington 870 or AK-47??

Ok, right now i have 2 handguns and a cheap sks.

Option 1: trade in sks and get a very nice slightly used AK-47 made here in AZ by some gun company. It's all black with polymer grips, and some metal/poymer buttstock. I played with it today, very clean, smooth action...looks good. Comes with a nice big magazine....end price 300.

Option 2: Go buy a remington 870 express HD (18inch barrel) very nice and new from Sportsman's warehouse.... end price 300...

I want to have both eventually. I know the benefits of rifle vs. shotgun. I just don't know which one to get right now

Hey I have a friend looking for just that kind of AK. Does that company sell them online, or by phone, or do you have to pick them up onsite?

What's the company name?

Thanks

I say AK too and keep the SKS if you can. Shotguns are boring

AK, the shotgun WILL be legal after midterms no matter what the outcome.

In the absence of politics I'd say go with the shotgun first, AK later. But the current political situation is unstable and we could easily be facing another so-called "assault weapon" ban in the near future.

Get all the "evil" firearms you can while you can.

They may get around to banning pump shotguns but that is surely farther down the road.

P.S. if you really want to get rid of the SKS. Let me know all the details about it. I'm in chandler and may be able to take it off your hands.
