I snuck around school last night and posted these on all the doors and walls on the academic side. They all ended up next to bleeding-heart posters put up by the many liberal students on campus like: "Aids, it's everyone's problem" ; "Come the the Black and White social to protest racism" and the like. I thought I'd go to the "social" and protest the fact that a black student can get into WashU med school with a 3.4 and a 9 on the MCAT but I have to get a 3.85 and a 12 if I want a chance. After I thought about that for a while, I decided it was probably a bad idea. Last year one of the minority students on campus and four of his friends beat a kid almost to death who they didn't like. This went on record, all the appropriate paperwork was filed. The ringleader then applied to 5 prestegious law schools and was accepted to 4 with sub par grades and LSAT scores. (/rant mode)

Sorry I kind of hijacked the thread there. We'll see how the campus reacts to this. I have a feeling that even though I just ignore their crap, these won't stay up for more than a few hours when everyone starts moving around.

The Post Office now has a flat rate Priority Mail box that costs $8. Box has a 70 lb weight maximum. You can probably fit 8 bricks in one of those things.

Same here. I honor their 1st Amendment rights by not vandalizing or removing their flyers, but I doubt ours will spend more than a few hours on any board.

Still, if I'm pissing people off, I'm doing my job.

Well, I had an early class this morning, before most of the campus gets moving. When I got here, I noticed that 3 of the posters I put up have already been torn down. My guess would be that it was by professors. I guess their support for free speech is contingent on that speech being in line with their agenda.

Talk to some people in charge and get the flyers put behind glass where they won't be torn down. Or have them send out a memo telling EVERYBODY not to remove them.

Oh and you can print them for free at school. Click print, change copies to 100!

It's the people who ARE in charge that were tearing them down. They were gone before the students started moving around on campus. There aren't any of the enclosed glass type bulletin boards around here. This is a college campus in the year 2006... I'm one of a handful of students who haven't been indoctrinated by their liberal garbage.

Rest assured, I DID print them here at school! I also used the school's tape. I'm just going to keep replacing them until they stop tearing them down. I've thought about putting the names of some of the most liberal professors on the bottom as if it had been their idea.

agreed. i just sent the website link in the subject and the body.. i doubt any of those sites even look at all the mail.. but its worth the try
