Springer 1911 45ACP....got'R' done(milspec pics!)
Well........ I guess the pictures speak for themselves!!..... Brand new...got it and shot it...today. Put 200 rounds thru her, all wwb 230 grain. Had 2 (1 and a half actually) failures to fully eject the spent shell case...happened after about 120 rounds....might be breakin or she was getting fouled. seemed to happen on last round in mag...or second to last. All in all...I was very pleased, hopefully I will not encounter more FTE's...any suggestions? I did buy 3 colt 45 1911 mags...but they seem to fit and work perfectly.(they were buy three and they are $6.95 each!) I shot a little low and to the left, I'm right handed and was thinking i was probably pushing down while anticipating recoil. Guess I need to loosen up and relax a little! So...200 rounds.....no failures to feed or go bang... a couple FTE anomalies....pretty good hmmm? Check my pic's......my new baby. ![]() [img=http://img421.imageshack.us/img421/9972/springermilspec43nz.th.jpg] [img=http://img465.imageshack.us/img465/3593/springermilspec69bw.th.jpg]

Awesum purchase! Haleakala40 I'm still fond of my original XDSC9mm and 1911 mil-specs are beautiful, 2 would not be enough
Nice deal on the 3 colt 45 1911 magazines, and no FTE's is always good news.
