Orlando Range Day???

OK so I noticed there are a lot of members from the Orlando (central FL) area. I think we should all get together for a range day, maybe wings and beers AFTER.
Anyone interested....?

What range works best for you guys?
I usually go to shoot straight in Apopka cause its close but I'm game to go elsewhere.
So far we have tentative date of 2/20 or 2/21, weekend after the 500.
Saturdays, I have school until noon so it would have to be later in the afternoon but then we could hit Winghouse or Gator's after.
Let me know what works best for you guys.....

im pretty much good for whatever i live over in oviedo so castleberry would be good for me or whatever ive heard of another range ive been wanting to check out called East Orange Shooting Sports -- Orlando, Florida i dont know if its any good ill probably check it out before the 20 ill post here to let yall know if its legit but im good to go i work till about 4-5 on the weekends so if we can make it work cool. keep this thread alive so we can plan stuff like this its pretty cool.

I have a hard time finding people to shoot with (lot of gun-haters in my circle). I would love to go but I'm out of town that weekend. If you guys move it or decide to do it again some time add me to the list and PM me the info!

The main reason why I chose that weekend is because a couple of my car club buddies said they might be interested too. One of them will be working at the speedway for raceweeks as a medic abd that is his first weekend free. We can push it back a week, nothing set in stone yet.
If casselberry works better for everyone that's fine. I'm in maitland so the shhot straight up in casselberry is pretty darn close too.
It would be awesome to make tjis a once a month type thing. Give me an extra excuse to get out of the house to punch some holes in paper bad guys.

If we can get a sizable group (8-10) I am pretty sure we can get a deal at one of the local ranges. Here's the ranges I have visited in the area:

1) The two Shoot Straights
2) Rieg's gun shop on OBT (2 ranges, 14 lanes)
3) I forget the name, but it's on John Young across from the jail
4) Oak Ridge Gun range

Oak ridge is the newest/nicest since they moved their store, but it's usually pretty packed on the weekends. With a big enough group we might be able to get an entire range dedicated to us at Rieg's (Rieg's Gun Shop).

I'm not opposed to going anywhere though. Just PM me whatever the final plans are.
