I want to shoot some!

Little guts on the prarie? Coyote food! And hawks aren't too proud to eat something already dead either.

A 40 grain Hornady V-max out of a .223 Remington will make a big mess, and out of a gun like a Remington 700 VLS you can watch the whole thing happen through the scope because of the lack of recoil.

I hope to make it to western KS to take some 'dogs this year - my AR lower is on order and I have my eye on a flattop bull barrel upper to match.

Rimfire, it originally didn't... I edited my original post so that others would know.

Sorry about, I'll be sure to emphasize death and killing in the title next time.

I honestly can't get enough of this video, and the others on their website. I am an animal lover (6 cats, and a Boxer). But I understand why these little guys have to be controlled. Here in NC they arnt an issue, although I'm starting to wish they were!.

I can go both ways on the humane/inhumane, But as others have said, its either instant-explosion/death or slower-more painfull suffering.

Hello, Ive been a cattle rancher and hay farmer my hole life and these things can cause a great deal of damage. Image riding a horse and comming up on a mind field full of these holes. Additionally, the dirt mounds cause more damage than the crops they eat. That damn dirt tears equipment apart when your trying to harvest the crop. However, I don't think we should hide behind the "need" for them to be killed to prevent damage. We all know the main reason why we hunt is not for the meat or the protection of livestock, but because we enjoy the hunt and the kill. Please don't tell me you hunt for meat, if you do I would look at your expenses and quantify that in how much beef you can buy at the grocery store. Just so you know, I am an avid hunter.
