Not the brightest is right. He's probably breaking several state laws, and if those are migratory birds, federal law as well. Put the cars in the garage, or use car covers. Jerk. Not that he could hit anything shooting that way, except by the purest dumb luck.

Well I only have a single garage for the van, the Blazer sits outside. If I could figure out what time at night it's been getting **** on, I'd shoot the bastards too, laws or not.

In some towns here in NE they actually poisoned starlings because there were so damn many. Another town I lived in the police would give you some sort of loud firecracker thing to scare the flocks of blackbirds out of the trees.

God I hate birds

If you listened to the audio, they were obviously crows. If you compared how loud his voice was to how loud the gun was, it was most likely an aerasol BB gun or one of those airsoft guns. I have blasted more than my share of crows that were ****ting on my car.

Reminds me of one time I hit a crow at 50 yards with shot from the hip with a co2 powered pellet pistol. luckiest shot ever.

You live in Omaha? I think I saw something about that on the news not long ago. All I heard was somethin about dead birds, never did hear what caused their death. Now I know I guess.

Actually, it was Council Bluffs, IA (right across the river) that was poisoning the starlings. They were dropping dead in Omaha (I just moved from Bellevue)
