do you believe what you read in magazines? aer the writers just trying to sell a product, or are they realy stating their true opinion? my feeling are it is like tv, you can't always believe what you see, but there could be some good info or entertainment.

I think the writers are trying to sell a product plain and simple, if an article tells the what the consumer wants then I have no problems.

Depends on which magazine we're talking about. Something like TIME and Newsweek, most likely. Something like Hustler and Playboy, ALWAYS!!

Oh, wait. We're talking about gun magazines? oops.

I usually believe the reviews I read. It's one of the main reasons I bought my XD-9sc: the awesome reviews of the XD line in so many magazine articles I had read during my year or so of research.
