Revolution?

So I was talking with a Co-worker recently and the toipc came up of, what would a modern revolution in the US look like? Would it be possible? Do you see it coming (near or distant future)? Would we be able to defend our selves from other countries if it were to happen? Are people that are on the Obama koolaid join in or defend what the current system is? Do you feel that we as a nation are at a point the this is needed? Would you join the revolution? What would the aftermath look like?

From the Declaration of Independence:
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. I think that talk about that is premature. Even in the darkest days after the election, I was of the persuasion that in about a year, a lot of voters would wake up, realized they were duped, and turn on the Kenyan. Well, that seems to be the case.

Next year's midterms should atone for this, but if there is evidence of funny business to keep democrooks in power, it could get ugly.

Im not saying that a revolt in needed. Just wondering if there were to be one at some point what would it look like in your opinion?

"Revolutions" are easy to talk about, by those too lazy to revolt at the polls. If you don't have a sufficient majority to vote in a fair election, what makes you think you'll have a big enough majority for a revolution?

There are so many safeguards built into the Constitution, from elections to Constitutional Conventions, that a "revolution" would be absurd.
