Spike is showing the main events from UFC 101 (BJ vs Florian and Silva vs Griffin) as well as Nog vs Couture from UFC 102 and Belfort vs Franklin from UFC 103.... but, as I have seen these all before.... I will be watching CBS. The only fight Spike is showing that I would want to watch again is Nog vs. Couture.

More or less went exactly as I expected, just look at my picks. The only thing I wished wouldve happened that didn't was Mayhem upsetting Shields, but I knew Shields would just hump Miller for 5 rounds and grind a boring decision. I can't stand Shields, or his fighting style. I knew Fedor would win, but I still think he is a bit overrated. Rogers did well against him for the most part, and I don't consider Rogers even close to a world-class fighter, so what does that say about Fedor?
Regarding CBS/Strikeforce/M-1: they have a long way to go if they want to reach the production values, professional appearance, smooth telecast, intelligent commentary, matchmakind, roster depth, good marketing, etc. of the UFC.

The cut wasn't too big, it just bled a lot at first. He has been in some wars and taken a lot more damage then that and come through. Remember that suplex from Randlemen? I though for sure Fedor's neck was broken, but two minutes later, he won via kimura. American fans aren't used to seeing fighters take massive punishment and win on a regular basis. Now with Fedor and Big Nog fighting mostly for U.S. organizations, maybe that mentality will change. Some of these guys are robots. Fedor's one loss was due to a cut stoppage from an illegal blow. Should have been a no contest, but it was a one-night tournament format so a winner had to be declared. Fedor couldn't continue so the other guy got the automatic nod.

The sound of that KO punch was brutal.
