How to mold leather holster for my gun?

I got a pagerpal holster at the gunshow yesterday, and I was wondering how i could mold the inner leather for my gun. I have been trying to stretch it out and putting Kiwi Saddle soap on it to loosen it up some. but the fit is still a litle on the snug side. meaning i cant pull it out in a hurry. i have to apply more force than should be needed.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further loosen it up or should i give up?

here is a vid of the product. And my draw is no where near that easy.

http://pagerpal.com/HowItWorks-LG.html

it conceals semi-well but being the large holster that they provide and that im a soaking wet 120lbs... its pushing the top of the pants out a little. But u cant tell im carrying when in standing or seated. Just when i look straight down i can see the but of the gun between my pants and my body...

I want to make this holster work cause it is pretty comfortable!

thanks!

Get a thick plastic bag and wrap the gun in it and shove it in. Let it sit for a day or two.. That should loosen it up a bit.

Ive built several holsters and they best way to do this is trace your pistol onto paper cut out a wood block slightly larger than your pistol and force into holster. Works like a charm

In my old hockey days, we used to put new skates in boiling water for a couple minutes and slap them on our feet. Keep them on til they cool and take off and let dry for a few days. Then you have a perfectly molded piece of leather that will not fit anything else.
