Took my CWP class today!
I passed, had to get an 85 at 7 yds and got a 94. Learned a few things, most of it was basic review but good for other people in the class. One lady hadn't ever shot before and failed but the range is pretty cool and let you shoot as much as you want until you get to 85 (which is kind of scary come to think of it). I probably would have gotten a better score had I not rushed but c'est la vie. I'll fill out the paperwork tomorrow, get finger printed and hopefully have my CWP in a few weeks

85 at 7 Yards and you got a 94? Pretty cool. Congrats. I took the Texas CHL class over the weekend. I scored a 96 on the written exam. At the range you have to shoot at 3 yards, 7 yards, and 15 yards scoring a 170 total to pass. I scored 240. Not bad for a beginner, but I have much practicing to do.

Yeah, it was a 94 out of 100 with a silhouette target. No written but the class was about 4 and a half hours long going through the entire NRA handgun book.
