Derschwitz (sp?) has held for a long time that the Second Amendment guarantees the individual right to bear arms, so it must be repaled. One of their eggheads has flipflopped to the same position since Heller. No surprises here.

I'm starting the ACCU (American Constitutional Compliance Union). ACLU represents "civil liberties" which may or may not be in compliance with the Constitution. If they've only taken up 2A just now, they're a day late and a dollar short (although I don't think they're short any dollars).

Keep and bear arms is at 34%.
