Yes, clearly the solder joint at R922 is a cold joint.
See the way the solder doesn't flow out, but beads up?
That means there wasn't enough heat applied for long enough to get a good flow. This is a very common cause for consumer electronics failure.

D203 are not good joints either. Not to mention the flux was not cleaned from the board. Bad workmanship. Newbie, maybe?
