I'm not coming to this nut's defense at all, but it seems in this political environment, we are likely to see more and more of this because people who strongly believe a certain way are more likely to snap.
Economic strain, as well as the political craziness ($4 Trillion budgets and the like) that has been going on lately can lead to nothing but more events like this.
James von Brunn was probably on the verge of snapping long ago. Some event probably triggered it. Maybe a personal loss, a news story, who knows... There's bound to be more people out there on the verge. Makes it scarier and scarier going out in public, to Wally World, to a museum, a school, etc etc.

For those of us that carry, people say "you might get hurt" guess what I'm ok with daying to save a busload of children that were 100 yards away stuck inside that building. He is an example for us all.

We need more laws to protect these three rights. Ban guns in schools, it obviously works.
