In my CCW class, one of the instructors did something similar (minus the shotgun, of course). He was wearing a pair of baggy jeans, a t-shirt, and a leather vest. He walked into the classroom and said, "Where am I hiding the gun?"
People in the class started totally guessing. He ended up having not one gun, but fifteen or so. -James |

Pssssshhh.. is that ALL he could fit and hide. What an amateur.
I was like Did the audio say something like it was a collaboration to prove how easy it is? Did he get all those guns from, say, his Dad's collection at home, hide them all, walk out of the house, and go to school like normal? I doubt it.

If a kid has a serious enough motivation to blow people away that he carries a couple dozen weapons on him, a change in the dress code isn't going to sway that motivation.

No kidding. My workplace has a "business professional" dress code, i.e. dress slacks, a dress shirt, and a tie for men. It doesn't stop me from carrying after hours.

Good, I'm not the only one that keeps about a dozen firearms on me at all times. On a serious note, that last time I was in school, about 4 years ago, we had to wear a belt and tuck in our shirts. Well being the rebelious teenager that I was, on many days I would just throw on a jacket or sweater and leave the shirt untucked while not wearing a belt. No teacher could tell. The only difference was at my high school we all pretty much got along. So even with a dress code someone that really wanted to could still bring in a firearm. Being 22 now with everything that has gone on since then, I realize that better dress code checks and maybe even metal detectors at the entrance would be a good idea.
