UPS Gripe and what I love about Sunday
If UPS had a Saturday delivery schedule my XD would be home with me right now. Instead it is in the back of a truck up in around Atlanta\Hartsfield probably cold and lonley. At least they are not takeing off MLK so I should have my pistol when I get home tomorrow.
So today I got the family over for a smoked pork tenderloin, corn and probably some potatoes of some kind, and a million dollar pie. relaxing before we hit the work week hard. watching some football

Not sure how to make it, But t has cream cheese on a pie crust mixed with cherries, oranges, peaches some other things and topped with pecans. My sister make it.
The Tenderloin I made a sauce of Jim beam and apple juice, About 60/40 Beam being 60. Injected the tenderloin and rubbed it with McCormik Grillmates pork rub. Smoked it with some apple wood. Talk about good.
