or maybe the women in question were having some sort of "love child" where they cheated and got pregnant and didn't know how or was afraid to tell her man and waited just a little too long to tell the truth...
 "Oh man, what was that? A baby?! How did that get there?? Jeez, I didn't even know I was pregnant!" Uh huh, sure...

Apparently, it's coming to women who have no idea that they are pregnant or how it happened. Very sad.
