No, the XD40 is at home in the safe as usual, but the gift couldn't be put under the tree, so I had it at the office under that tree

Seriously, if they're that anti-gun to throw a fit about having a gun wrapped under the tree, they 1) need to stay the **** away or 2) get the hell over it

I ended up with some 870 I now wish I hadn't jumped on so fast. The 6 rd Tac-Star sidesaddle I bought doesn't fit because of the forearm.

I did manage to get a couple SKSs ordered on my C&R from Inter Ordanace for a kinda-sorta Christmas gift for me and my dad.

Unless they overturn the SF gun ban soon, I'll be storing my handguns just outside the city limits..

I've been waiting on this one to arrive since Thanksgiving. It wasn't intended as a Christmas present strictly speaking, but it showed up the day before Christmas Eve.

Took it to the range today and put about 200 rounds through it. I must say I am highly impressed with it so far. I'm going to put another 500 rounds through it tomorrow if I can get an earlier start.

Well, I do reload. I figure I pay about $.07 per round of .45, so that's only like $50 per 700 rounds.
