Not a pretty gun to start with. I had a clip glued on with superglue formulated for plastic and metal. It worked for all about one hour. I then decided it must be due to the fact that there wasn't enough glue, so I slathered it on and let it set. Gave it a little pull to test the strength and i heard some snapping noises. I said, "to hell with it!" and ripped it off. Of course rather than sticking to the clip, all the glue is on my kel tec. I scraped some of it off with my little dremel wrench that happened to be in my room. It was slow going so I decided to just break out the dremel

I let err rip with a plastic brush thingy and ...... just dug into my kel tec. Dang...I'm pretty ticked. The gun works but its pretty fugly now. It looks like I melted the plastic on the right side of the gun, the reliefed factory markings are a big blur now. SOB, I'm so stupid, all to save some money on purchasing a clip...now I have to purchase the right clip anyways, and I'm short on the money I spent on the glue, and I have a fugly gun now. Good thing its CCW and no ones gonna see it but it still hurts cuz I know about it.

The good thing is jkswiss...the plastic frame is relatively cheap to replace.

Hehe, cuz you guys wouldn't recognize me on the street. I'm not embarrased about it, as it just annoys me. Kind of like the nice scratch I got from the take down lever on my XD right after I got it. I'll get over it in a week or so but until then

I just like that theres a place so I can bitch about something when I need to. Yep, the only family I got

Frenchy, I'll have to look into the changing of the frame. I thought that since it had the serial number on it I couldn't replace it. Where would I look to buy a frame?

If you look close...the plastic part of the frame is seperate from the SN plate. You can order it from Kel-Tec without dealing with a FFL.

P.S. Do you have a P3AT OEFM? I'm telling you, you don't even know the guns there. I never worry about printing and I'm a slim guy. Its just so super convenient I could never give it up. Well, I would if Kel Tec made a single stack 9mm. I'd be on that like white on rice.
