On a more serious note, it's great advice. Nothing better than tinkering with bikes/cars. I know when I was down, I got into building model cars. After a while, I got really good at it and was able to finish a car basically in one sitting. Painted and detailed to the 't'.

Don't forget to go to church. If not, read the Bible. It's gotten me out of a few jams.

Lastly, if it's over, let it be over and move on brother. You don't want to have a heart condition dwelling on the breakup. There are plenty of good girls out there. Good luck man.

I feel you man, just found out over the weekened my girlfriend for 9 years, cheating on me with her co-worker. I got her this new job in Beverly Hills 2 weeks ago because I knew she could make more money. And found out that her co-worker made triple the money I make, I guess she wanted that.

I just came back from the range earlier and I can't wait to head up to Victorville next weekend to do some picture shooting.

9 FREAKIN YEARS I just wasted on her!!!!!!!!!!
