Excellent (and Free) Graphics Tools

I found an excellent set of freeware, for non commercial use, graphics tools today. The image viewer rivals my favorite ACDSee viewer that I've used for years. There is also an image resizer. I'll make my plea again to please keep posted images to 640 pixel width or less.

The website for these can be found here:

My favorite free image resizer is Irfanview. For more complicated photoshop type stuff I use the gimp.

I'm quite fond of the GIMP myself.

Hey guys, I am looking for a program, free if possible, to allow me the following, take a picture of a building, then change the color of the building.

Anything out there in the free dept. that can do this?

I have a condo association that has tan buildings, brown roof and wants to change to green buildings with brown roof.

Tec, Check with your paint supplier, they usually will do that for you at no charge to sell you the paint.
We have a Porter/PPG dealer here that does that for his customers.
If you can't find anyone, let me know and maybe you can email me picts for him to convert.

...back to your regularly scheduled thread...
