I'm about to list on Gunbroker, and just "verified" my account. I don't see anywhere to post that I'm looking to trade, and I have to put down a price/reserve/etc. Did I miss something?

Also, the incurred fees (I have my reserve at $570) if it "sells" will be about $15. I would really rather not "sell" the gun, but rather trade...

I work at an FFL in Va and I am sure you need to go to a local FFL and transfer to him if he is an FFL . If he does not hold an FFL he will need to find one. Sending a gun out for transfer without an FFL to anyone except for repairs is illegal unless I am mistaken.

SOLD! locally to a really nice guy. Did a bill of sale with all the numbers on the gun, driver's license #, and signed/dated by both parties.

Now, to buy the XDM 3.8" compact that I want....

I would suggest the XD(s) 3.3"

It would make sense given the subforum

Just so you know, Wisc does not mandate a bill of sale and in most courts, it's useless unless notarized...
