XDs Engravings
 That's what he means.You can also use tire markers(used to touch-up lettering,ect)comes in other colors besides white.I,ve already done that to my G19(Glock),looks pretty good,too.I used a white crayon on it.

I'm waiting to see someone else do it before I do mine. I filled the lettering on my Spikes Tactical lower and it came out awsome. I used red fingernail polish though.

I've seen this done on some other guns, and while it didn't look bad, I'm thinking it would be high maintenance to maintain, but maybe the point isn't to maintain it.

I've seen some pics of this, it makes the guns look cheap or makes them look like toys, at least the ones I've seen in red and blue or other bright colors.
Maybe a light grey tone to highlight it a bit...might look good.
