Slow to feed 2nd round only

Took XDs to the range for the 2nd time today. 1st session I shot 110 rounds and only had 1 instance. Feels like the round is getting hung up and then chambers. It always feeds though. Went back today and I must have had 10 of them in 100 rounds and it progressively got worse(happening more often towards the end). Everyone time it was after firing the first round then the 2nd hesitates chambering. Didn't matter which mag, and Ammo didn't make a difference. I even added lube to the slide, but didn't matter. I have shot Sellier & Bellot, blazer Brass and Speer and they all did it. Didn't see this problem after searching, only FTF's.
Anyone else having this issue?
