I like to carry IWB. Ordered a DeSantis that is made for the M&P Shield. Not 100% thrilled, but it was $23 shipped off ebay. The holster is maybe 1/2" too long, and does not have a reinforced top, which I didn't notice before I ordered it. Once there are more holsters to choose from I will probably replace it, but for now it does the job. Desantis p/n is 031BAD9Z0. I'll add a pic soon as I figure out how to do it on this Android machine.
Updated pic - I trimmed the bottom 1/2" off the leather, and pulled out some of the stitching to fit the gun better - happy camper now.

Heres my new Down Under holster from High Noon. It's a sits a bit higher than I'm used too but it is a fantastic holster. Excellent quality!

This holster is formed specifically for the XDs and is awesome, IMO. It is an IWB Pro-Tuck. I got it in three days. Here is a link to Hartwell Holsters...

Just a hint. You might want to carve away a strip of the leather that "covers" the grip safety and near the mag release to expose more of the grip. I have one similar and I can't grip the gun and draw cleanly because of that extra leather. The leather prevents the web of my thumb/1st finger from grasping up to the top of the grip and over the grip safety. I hope this makes sense. At least that is what I found for me. I am sending mine back to have the leather custom cut and trimmed back for a better grip. They call it a combat cut.
Still a great holster you have there.
Stay safe.

Sounds like a good suggestion. The offer it with another cut called the "comfort cut" which has even more leather behind it. The pictured holster that I have has their "speed cut" which supposedly allows a full grip. I haven't had a problem and the leather behind the grip safety is supple enough to allow my thumb to slide right into place while holstered. I have a local shoemaker/leather shop which can easily make this modification. I very well may look into it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
