XDS feeding problems?
Anyone put hollow points or self defense rounds through their XDS yet? Any feeding issues?

50 rds of 230 gr. hydra shock thru mine as of now with no problems

Yes. I purchased 2 of the 7rd. mags. Using Hornady Critical Defense ammo. It won't rack another rd. through. Not fireing, just racking the slide by hand. I just tried a 5 rd. mag with Remingtom UMC Metal case ammo. Does the same thing. Not sure what's going on. Guess I'll go back to carrying my Glock till I can get back to the range.

Feed Problems with Remington GS
Yes I have trouble with Remington 230 gr GS.
Switched to Federal 230gr HST and have not had a single problem

I did not have issues with Win Ranger 230 gr HP. The polished feed ramp should help. I even rode the slide on my video trying to get it to jam. The easiest and cheapest thing is to just try a different ammo.

Yes, but only to a very limited degree. The gun should work with 95% of the ammo out there or you end up in a situation like the Kimber Solo, a gun so terrible that there is a short list of ammo that does work in it.

Mine did not like Hornady TAP. Seems to digest Critical Defense just fine.

Have run about 100 rounds of 230 XTP both factory and handloaded. Had to seat my handloads deeper than other guns (1911's and XD 5"), but have had zero feeding issues.
