My LGS demonstrated the "minimal reset trigger" on my new XDM today. The XDS also has a "mrt". When he showed me, unloaded of course, the trigger stayed back if you hold it back while racking when unloaded or when it racks when actually shooting. This was supposed to demonstrate how the 2nd shot on a double tap is almost like a single action. It sort of made sense to me but I am way too much an old girl newbie and some of it went over my head. I think the XDS works the same way and might have something to do with this trigger in the picture.

The trigger on my XDm will spring back out to normal position if not held in, whether racking or dry fired. I cannot make the trigger stay back like that when I let off the trigger.

Thank you for the pictures. My LGS called and said should be in on monday. Planing on going to range right after I pick it up.

I have my old faithful holster kit ready too.

Congrats to those that have theirs already and pre-congrats for those getting theirs soon.
