You cannot go from a 9mm to a 40SW or 357Sig
Yes, you can use the same mag in Glock and Sig Sauer.
***Only in Sig 239 you have to use 9mm to convert
For best results in XD 9mm Conversion, use a 9mm mag.
i tell you what... you show me a place that's selling a 9mm xdm mag and i'll buy it. not like we are talking about a regular xd.

I'll tell you what. Do you think I don't know what you are talking about. That quote was taken from their XDM barrel page, not the regular XD. WTF, I was just trying to pass along some information.

went to the range today with my modified .40 cal mag.. first shot and the cartridge jams. dismissed it again and had the same issue on the repeat.

SO i can for sure say anysite that tells you all you need is a conversion barrel and a modified .40 cal mag is wrong.

Im now looking at trying different springs.. before this is all over im damn near close to the price of a seperate gun.

It would work IF you used 9mm ammo with the same power as the .40 that the recoil spring in the XDM .40 is designed for, other than that, a lighter spring needs to be used.

Hey guys

I am newbie and I just want to clarify some thing. Will OEM XDM 9mm mags work in a XDM .40 or do I have to have .40 mags coverted?

The 9mm mags will work but you'll need to do a barrel conversion. Welcome to the forum, you should go say hello in the intro forum.

no one can find one lol..

went to the range with my new rod and spring set 16#.. got 4 shots off before a jam then jam city.. the bullets just arent feeding out the clip correctly on a jam i can see them jumbled up and what not one actually was cupside dwn wtf... im guessing a 9mm mag wuld fix it..

this problem wouldnt be there on a xd because the mag doesnt use a stagger..
