rain soaked here also although today was alot better in the afternoon. We really needed the rain though we've been under water restricions for awhile. Wednesday we had 5 inches so the city eased up on the restriciotns

I used Model Master paint thinned with mineral spirits at about 4/1 ratio and then using a small 0000 paint brush applied the paint in several layers to build it up. When I was satisfied with it I dipped a qtip in the mineral spirits and wiped away any excess.
