Just placed my order today for the compact! WOO HOO...can't wait. Wait time may be a little extended but that's ok, will give me time for mags and the such! 
Actually just ordered a 13 rounder from SA too!

You just bought one of the sweetest shooting handguns on the market. (imho) It's gonna be like a puppy......it'll go everywhere with you! My little girl is 3 years old last month and has been a joy to have in carry rotation and shoot. I've carried my 9 on the boat, hiking in the Georgia mountains , as well as dinner dates and picnics. Great choice.

Awesome...can't wait for it to come in! Use to have an XD40SC that I LOVED (still kicking myself for getting rid of it) and I am hoping this one will be as good or BETTER!
