Are stock sights dark?

I traded for an XDm and I notice the sights don't even have white dots on them. Is this normal for the XDm? It is pretty bad at night.

Was looking at putting these on

Mine were white, but didnt show up real well. Kind of a sloppy job really.
I filled them in with some white nail polish and it helps.

Yea it looks like the guy, for whatever reason, would have painted them black. Either that or they are extremely dirty.

A lot of people prefer all black sights, yours is probably painted over the dots.

Mine are also "all black" and I prefer the three dot style ....mine are adjustable and that part is great but I really am thinking of replacing the rear sights ....

Yeah I've blackened mine out. Too many years spending hours looking at black target pistol sights.
Though my Glock night sights are awesome! I'll be sending my XDM for XS sights this summer!

Sent from my layout blind

Mine were white but I put some bright white acrylic paint on them. I'm thinking about switching to the dawson sights though...

Those look almost identical to the factory XDm sights, just without the Trijicon logo. Those look to have a little deeper indention on the white part of the sight. I haven't had my XDM long, and I want to get rid of the stock sights for a set of Tru Glo sights
