Hi, just got my XDM9m compact size FA, i just want to ask if its ok/legal to order and shipped some accessories (magazine, sights, holster) to the philippines? via usps or ups or any other courier...

Not sure if ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) comes into play with those parts you mentioned, that you'll have to research yourself.
Elsewhere I read that the State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC, http://www.pmddtc.state.gov/) told someone that they couldn't get an export permit unless they registered as an exporter which costs ~$2500 and can't be done as an individual.
And I have no idea what the laws are in the Philippines.
You may want to contact a lawyer on this one.

as far as accessories alone, i dont think how it would be, but i would think a firearm might be.

I thought the Philippines was part of the USA and that anything you can ship to a state you can ship to a territory.
