Also are they difficult to install?

The search function is on the web site not your app!
You do need some mechanical ability to install the trigger kits but there are a lot of utube videos to help.

I'm not going to yell at you.
The most popular trigger manufacture is Powder River Precision. They have plenty of choices. If its a competition gun which I assume it is I would suggest all the following to make your trigger the best it can be in this order.
Ultimate match Trigger.
Stainless steel polished striker
Ejector
Titanium striker safety.
You can also mail your gun to PRP and have them do all the work for you.
You can also send it to Springfield expensive but it has really good reviews. Of you can send it to canyon creek who makes the coolest custom XDMs I have seen.
Bang for buck order the PRP stuff do it yourself and watch the YouTube videos. Your going to need a punch set and either springer precision or canyon creek sells one specifically for the XDM that has everything.

I have the PRP ultimate match trigger in my XDm and Canyon Creek did my XD. Both are excellent, and with the PRP kit you don't have to send it off.

Go to Powder River Precision(PRP) and order the Drop in kit. For the XDM one size fits all.
I have no mechanical ability and was able to do the conversion. You may want to be sure you either have a punch set or pick up a punch set.
Takes about 30 minutes if you're a duffus like me.
