This is what I cut in my beretta, I have to get some files to clean up the cut Attachment 13041

Attachment 13042
So I can fit 28 9mm rounds in the mag, I'll take it out tomorrow and see how it works
I'm interested to know if this worked.

I guess I'm curious as to why the need for more rounds? 13+1 of .45 is more than enough and with two spare mags I figure I'm more than covered. If (big if) I were ever in a situation that I needed more than that, I shouldn't be there in the first place.

I'm interested to see i it works. We do "Stump Shoots" where we basically saw through a 2x4 using lead and so an extended magazine would be extremely beneficial

So I was over at CMChaps house today and he has a standard XD I an XDm. We where loading up to go to the range and I was looking at my mags next to his. They look almost identical other than mine have two lines indented in them. So out of curiousity I grabbed one of his and slapped it into my XDm. Snapped in just like mine. Fit perfect. Hmm...lets see how it feeds. So we got to the range and I loaded one of his with 1 bullet. BANG. No problem. So I loaded it with 2 bullets. BANG...BANG. Again no problem. So I loaded it with 5 bullets. BANG.......well you get the idea. It ran fine. No problems at all!!!! Now something I did find out. XDm mags DO NOT work in standard XD's. They wont fit...almost like they're too wide. His XD fit in my XDm just fine. Didnt wobble or feel any different than mine in any way. So there you go XDm guys. If your in a pinch standard XD mags work just fine. OH...I also took his X-Tended mag and slapped it in mine. His X-Tension even lined up perfectly with my grip.
