Warranty turnaround time

It does not hurt to try, the most they can do is say no, then he can move onto something else. It would suck if he buys a new gun, then finds out they would have covered it.

My vote is for wWB but that is because I have had issues in the past with it that if my weapon would have gone into battery then I would have had a KB.

Ok I have a feeling that they will just blow me off since I don't have much proof it was their ammo. About to go get a new one I can't be gun less for three weeks. I also read somewhere that the feed lips could have caused something like this if they were bent. Is that true?

Well I got the gun fixed ended up only breaking the extractor. So now I have two xdm 3.8
