Holster is a DIY kit from "old faithful holster" company. It is horsehide with a premolded kydex. was under 40 bucks to my door. Pretty comfortable.

I have one of those and works pretty well. I ended up making my own without the cutout near the grip though as the XDm grip was uncomfortable against my skin. I also used some Chicago screws instead of T nuts for the same reason, easier on the skin.

I can carry my 4.5 or compact in it, the 4.5 barrel just protrudes from the kydex a bit. In my case the grip is what causes printing issues. If wearing a thick shirt or jacket then the 4.5 grip hides OK but I cannot hide it to my satisfaction with just a loose t-shirt. The compact in that holster hides pretty well while wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Due to it's size the compact is also a lot more comfortable when sitting at the desk or when driving.
