Have questions? This is a thread for all the people that are new to the XDm and have questions that have come up often. If anyone has more to add please do.
Is there a break in period for the XDm? No, clean, lube and shoot it. Magazines release button is hard to press is this normal? Yes, this will smooth out in time of use. It's hard to put a full mag in or take out is this normal? Again, normal. It will smooth out in time of use. Can I keep my XDm mags fully loaded for a lond period of time with out harm to the mag spring? Yes. Do XD mags fit in XDm's? No. Do the XDm 9 mags fit in the XDm 40? Yes. The frames are the same. might want to add Canyon Creek to some of those answers as well. Like the guide rod, extended mag release button, magwell, and extended magazines. They also sell magazines with the extensions already built in (I think they are the only ones doing that).
