I know this would be a bad idea. I was just answering your question on how or what would be used to get a bullet out with out damaging the barrel.

I vote the counter top or workbench method. 9 times out of 10 the casing rim will bend before the extractor is hurt. If you have a vice, this would be simpler. Get the slide in the vice, pointed down, and take a thick punch, or piece of wood, and tap on the rear of the frame with a rubber mallet.
Do not fire it, that is just a bad idea. The blast will come out of the 1/4" casing that is exposed. However, the pistol isn't in battery, so I doubt it will even go off. Worry about getting that slide back, then worry about getting the round out.

Well I do not have a vice so that is out of the question, i have tried a couple things but I dont wanna break my gun or have it go off in my home so Im just iffy on beating my gun...Plus Im hom,e with my 1 year old son so I cant be in my garage all day meessing with it....I really and truly appreciate all the advice yall have given me, i have learned my lesson and will never steal candy from the store again////No I didnt have my glasses on and to my blind ets that round looked different but I just thought it was the circumference of the Bullet head etc.. im gonna call around for a Gunsmith now..

I thought the only difference was the case length( 9X19 vs 9X1
