First time handgun owner...

Hey all, I just made my first handgun purchase and I decided to go with the SA-XDm9. After all of the research I did I feel I made a very wise purchase. I'm very excited to be a part of the exclusive "XDm Club"!

Congrats. Don't forget to develop good habits on the range so that you will have a good experience.

Thanks Edro20! I plan on going to the range a minimum of twice a month (with my wife going at least once a month). But I am not new to guns completely. I've shot skeet and trap for about 14 years now. I'm glad 9mm rounds arn't nearly as expensive as my buddy's .45 rounds.

Congrats! You will absolutely love your XDM9...
I have the XDM40 and I am now looking to purchase either the XDM9 or a conversion kit for my 40...

Congrats and welcome aboard. You chose a great piece and the company has great customer service; of course, you know this already from your extensive research.

Like Shaniac, I'm looking to purchase the conversion barrels and springs. I'm going to get both the .357 Sig and 9mm drop-ins.

After 3 months of research, my XDM40 was the first semi-auto I purchased.
