IF you buy from a local gun shop, especially with a range AND use those facilities, price is less important thant service and reasonable range fees/ammo costs. etc.
I paid 649 for Bon B at my local shop/range. However, I have never gone to shoot there when I was charged for ten or fifteen minutes overtime and have even been told just finish when I want, not busy, no charge. Also range ammo has never been gouged and they save boxes for their regulars even if offered premiums by other folks who want to carry it home.
Help and service are always friendly, competent and CONVENIENT. I would hate to contribute to losing that place as an asset by buying somewhere else to save fifty bucks. Just my take. Oh yeah, threw in 100 rounds of target ammo to use there and two hours range time credited with purchase. I didn't have to ask for it nor did I ask for a better price. I thought fifty dollars more than what I was seeing on line was reasonable.
