I tried to contact James through his website about the availability and turn around time for getting TFO's installed. I didn't realize it was during the SHOT show. He called me back later that evening and we discussed some options. I placed my order on the website and mailed my slide off the next day, a Friday. James called me back on Wednesday to let me know that his plane was weather delayed and he was stuck somewhere. He wouldn't get back as planned and wouldn't be able to get to my slide until Friday or Monday. No problem. Monday evening I got shipping notification and received the package on Wednesday. Awesome!

We've got our first match of the season next weekend and a month later I'm going to APT Academy. So I wanted to have plenty of time to practice and make any sight adjustments that might be necessary. No adjustments were needed. At 10 yards POA=POI, exactly what I wanted.

James thank you very much for the excellent service and for keeping me informed along the way. I've got 2 more XD's that I will probably send your way later this spring for the same treatment. Thanks again.

Bob Thanks that was the worst traveling I have done. Add severe snow storms in the Midwest and the flu it was terrible. I am glad that everything worked out and I appreciate the unsolicited kind words.
