Just so all of you know James is alive and well and still providing good customer service.

I ordered some TFOs for my new 45 compact and sent him the slide to take advantage of the free installation he offers. My slide was not returned as fast as I was expecting and my mind started thinking the worst after reading some of the other posts here. I finally called him a week later and found out that my slide had to be sent to Springfield Armory to have the original sights removed because James was afraid that he would damage my slide if he “pushed” and harder then he had. About two working weeks from when I sent the slide in, I got it back with my new sights installed looking fantastic, not a scratch.

I just wanted to publicly say thanks for taking great care of me and my slide.

James will probably chime in here soon and give the other side of the story. If he did have something that belonged to you, Then you should use other avenues to get it returned to you. Belittleing him on a Internet forum is not the wayt o do it....
