Order "SHIPPED"?

I placed a simple order: 2 lacquer sticks (wanna do my slide) and a couple of XD stickers. That was April 20. My order was marked "shipped" about a day or so thereafter. I emailed the web site and got nothing. That's what I get for supporting an XD.com sponser.

If anyone has had any bad experience lately let me know. I read the threads about the holiday delays. Good grief its 2 pens and a couple of stickers. Slap em in an envelope and off they go!

I sure hope you at least tried..

I sure hope you at least tried to contact the sponser before you went nuclear here. I'm still a noob at this but I think to become an XDTALK sponser that sponser would have had some positive feedback or they wouldn't risk their reputations.. Just me..Sometimes Sh*t does happen.-AF

They deserve no breaks. If an online company doesn't respond to emails about orders, I'd be plenty pissed.

James doesn't have a good track record for returning email.

However, every time I have called him, if he didn't answer the phone right then, he returned my call within 24 hours. I suggest that you call him. His # is 205.966.8142.

I'll give a little more time before I call. I am sure he is busy and I'm sure I will eventually get my stuff. This just doesn't do much for me placing future orders! Customer service makes as much business as great products/service.

I would suggest calling him before you get any angrier. As mentioned, this will expedite matters for you.

James is / has been going thru some difficult times for the past half year or so. He opened a brick and mortar store, moved location to another store, moved back to the home state..... etc. Yes he is in business to service customers and make money, Yes there is a problem here with your order, but we all go thru "bad times", for some of us, the bad times just last a little longer then what we want.

Call him, he will take care of you.

tec you were right. I called yesterday at lunchtime and James apologized and said he would send out the order ASAP. He also said he would add a few extras also. Nice guy and he was sincerly sorry! I will do business with him again!!!!

Big difference, eh? all it takes (hopefully) is a little checking in... a friendly reminder never hurt anyone. now - a friendly reminder with a nasty response would have made me say 'no more'...

i'm glad your order went through, but - and this goes for everyone - maybe ask around on here next time for some new contact info or something before you crush somebody for it.
