James, I'm just trying to find out when I'm getting my slides. You received them on NOvember 4. YOu told me it would take three weeks. You told me you were shipping on Friday, December 1. Today is Friday December 8. No slides. YOu've had them for more than a month now. I have a shooting party to go to on December 13, and it's looking like I"m not going to have my XD or P95. What's going on? Please let me know. YOu haven't responded to my PMs.

I am almost done with them Your ruger is the first ruger I have done and when I put the sight back on the finish scratched, I had to redo the slide. Instead of PMing me just call and leave a message I will get back to you. Today I was on the phone talking to people all day, Tomorrow I am going back through the caller ID to catch the people who called when I was talking to someone else. With the XDs I know from experience when the sights should go on without a problem with the ruger I test fit and with out the coat it went back on without no problem, but the coat adds material and changes the fit, enough to be a problem. The other slides done and ready to go. You will receive it before Christmas by at least a week and a half.

Just so I'm clear, the XD is done? And when you say I'll receive before Christmas, do you mean just the XD or both?

I have never called James and had him fail to call me within a day at the most.

James is a LONG time member here at XDTalk.com...he is not about to screw anyone out of anything. He is good people, a good business person, and I am confident, will make everything right!

Now that James has been in contact everything is cool. It's a little longer than expected, but at least I know what the issue is and that things are being taken care of.

Just talked to James this afternoon and he's shipping my slides today! I should have them by Saturday. I'm so excited, can't wait to get my babies back.

I'll definitely have some pictures for you all to drool over. James also did my Ruger P95, so you guys can see a non-XD duracoated for a change.

Glad you and James got everything worked out!

I will make sure to post the pics of my digi camo 1911 when I get it back as well! I knew that job would take a while since he was installing some additional parts and doing the digi camo paint.
