We are very fortunate to have someone like James taking care of our XD needs. I sent a XD9SC slide to James on 9-14 to have a Dawson F.O. front sight installed. I had heard on the forum about parts getting lost in shipment and Springfields comment is SOL. I sent it USPS next day and insured it for $600.00. James received it 9-15 and shipped the same day!!

The only problem was USPS lost the package. I contacted James and he immediatly drove to the post office and talked to the postmaster. Thanks to James I received my slide on 9-29. We are very lucky to have people like that that will not only ship that fast but go to a lot of trouble to solve. One thing I will do from now on, I will tell whoever is working on my weapons to ship it overnight and insure for the appropriate amount. Thanks James

That's good to hear as I plan use him (ajamesp51 www.xd-hs2000.com) to put sights on my XD .45 Tactical.
