Grab the tip of the guide rod with a wrench and tap it out, your guide rod is stuck under the barrel and in the locking block. Use the wrench to hook the guider rod, use the hammer to tap on the wrench to tap the guide rod out from the locking block.

This is beyond my knowledge, and I dont want to damage my XD. I ask for help because I do not know enough, yet  Anyone in the Phoenix area willing to help?

I don't believe your problem is all that unique, your second picture show the guide rode sticking out quite a bit with the slide forward. Just like it stated in the sticky thread.

I think he meant grip safety instead of rear safety.
Yep and slamming the slide forward with the take down leaver down didn't do any good.
