Moly slide paste

I have been using Moly slide paste on my XD 40 service i only use it on the outside of the barrel and on the slide rails whats your thoughts on this product for lubrication puposes????

I just picked up my first XD so I can't speak on how moly will work in the long run. I can say that I use a dry moly spray for a Walther P22 and its fantastic. A much smaller gun so some of the forces involved aren't as intense but if used properly the same benefits may hold over.
I've found that once I switched over to the dry lube, fouling build up was far less and cleaning up after some range time was much simpler.
I've never seen the performance of the gun waver either.
Curious to see if anyone else is using a moly to lube their XD.

Don't know about Moly. But I use Brian Enos's Slide Glide. I put a bit on my rails, some on the guide rod and spring (compact), barrel, barrel hood (part exposed while in battery) and the underside of the top of the slide. A little goes a long way. I've never had any malfunction.
