Do cleaners and supplies "expire"

I 've had the exact same cleaning kilt for 2-3 years. 1 Can of clp 1 bottle of clean bore and the clean bore kit(copper bursh, rod, and jag). The only thing that I have bought for my kit over the years has been patches.

Do i need to get some new cleaners of are they still good.

I doubt if it's only 2 to 3 yrs old that it is bad , you would have to list each item your concerned about through. You could check each makers website maybe.
I know Hoppes #9 is good for years, i found a bottle of this in my Dad's supply that was at least in the 20 to 30 yr old range, worked great.

Go get that RIA TAC, mine has been alot of fun.

Dont worry about the age as long as it gets the job done.

Just make sure you shake the all-in-one products like CLP very well. I've seen old military surplus jugs of CLP separated in to layers of oil, solvent, and white powdery substance (teflon?). Even a paint shaker didn't seem to thoroughly mix it back together that well.

You're good. At my house cleaning supplies don't last that long because they get used up.

My last trip to my fathers house I came back with a small hoppes 9 and a small kleen bore all in one. Both had to be over 30 years old I think. Hoppes is already used up, Kleen Bore is about 1/2 way thru. This stuff doesn't seem to go bad.

You're good!

Having that cleaner for almost 2-3 years tells me you need to go out and shoot more often....hehehe
