You can't blue stainless steel.
You'll have to paint it, moly resin, ceracoat, etc..

Duracoat is not very rugged, if your going to do a diy go with a bake on finish. I've never used durabake so I can't speak for it but moly resin I have used and it's very durable.

Since the BI Tone is more expensive, why not see is someone in your area with a blue one will swap with you.

If it's the bi-tone model you may be able to get it KG Gun Koted in some color combination that somewhat resembles bluing.
