Cleaning.
Still waiting to pick up my new XDM 9mm, curse the 7 day waiting period!
I would like some pointers on cleaning. I am a new gun owner and don't know what supplies to buy as there are so many different choices.

Check out the Springfield XDm videos on their website. One of them is about cleaning your XDm. There is also more than one thread here with several comments so try searching around some on this site.

Must have Break Free CLP. I think it is the best gun cleaner out there IMHO.

I hated that stuff when I was in the Army. Maybe I'll give it another chance on my civilian arms 'cause you guys are always railin' about how good it is. I have to go pick up a new .45 brush tomorrow, so I'll check out some then.
